 What is your standard turnaround time?

Items normally take up to 7-10 business days to make and ship out, this does not include transit time. During busier times (like Mother's Day, Halloween thru Christmas) you can expect an additional 3-5 business day delay.

Once shipped out you will receive an email with tracking.

I've ordered the wrong item/size, do you accept returns?

No, as items are made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is recommended that you view the sizing chart and other details in the listing images to ensure you are ordering the correct size/style/model etc. Contact us with any questions PRIOR to ordering if anything is unclear.

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be incurred if we accept the cancellation after the 12 hour timeframe.

There is a discrepancy with my order, what shall I do?

If you received an incorrect item or there is a defect, please notify us IMMEDIATELY on receipt (no later than 2 days of receipt). Notification after this period will not be accepted. Accepted notifications require the exchange MUST be back to us within 5 days of our email. Beyond this we do not accept exchanges. Exchanges will be made for exact item size/model/color etc..no substitutions.
